Our range of services

The framework of the structure is erected from cold-formed profiles with closed/open sections. The profiles are made from coils of cold-rolled steel sheet with a zinc coating mass of at least 275 g/m². The thickness of the structures ranges from 0.5 to 4 mm, with an allowable stress of 250-350 MPa and a minimum elongation of 18%. Perforated profiles are used for load-bearing walls and ceilings to improve thermal performance. Thin-walled metal structures are connected using galvanized self-tapping screws. Design is carried out through 2D or 3D modelling (using methods that work with the structure in different spatial planes). The design calculations consider the interaction of all building elements, including cladding and non-metallic components. The entire required set of thin steel structures is manufactured according to individual technical specifications.
MATERIAL AND TECHNOLOGY
Steel modular homes are an excellent alternative to concrete and wooden buildings. They are based on a strong profile made of sturdy steel with a galvanized coating that reliably protects the metal from corrosion. Such a frame can last more than 100 years, maintaining an impeccable appearance with proper care. A fully assembled and securely anchored house on the foundation represents a single, integrated structure. It is resistant to hurricanes and earthquakes. The distinctive qualities of modular homes are affordability, quick construction, thermal and sound insulation, seismic resistance, and cost-effectiveness in operation. The construction is based on a metal frame made of steel profiles and thermal profiles of various thicknesses with anti-corrosion coating. After assembling the frame, it is insulated and finished with exterior cladding. For insulation and wall cladding, materials created by nature itself are used, making them environmentally friendly and suitable for living. These include mineral wool boards, basalt fibre, gypsum board, glass-magnesium sheet, oriented strand board, plywood, and aluminium. The facade cladding consists of natural stone, natural wood timber, and siding.
